Join Us for the NCMBA Annual General Meeting – Tuesday, November 4, 2025


We’re excited to invite all members and supporters of the North Coast Mountain Bike Association (NCMBA) to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 7:00 PM.


This year, we’ll be meeting in person at Wheelhouse Brewery, WardRoom, and we look forward to seeing you there!


The AGM is a key opportunity for our community to come together, celebrate accomplishments, and shape the direction of NCMBA for the year ahead. Here’s what you can expect:


Agenda Highlights:

  • Welcome and introductions from the Board

  • Community engagement updates and highlights from 2025

  • Financial report and insights into the organization’s fiscal health

  • Plans for the 2026 membership drive

  • Updates on the Master Trail Plan and Pump Track fundraising progress

  • Nomination and voting in of Directors for 2026

  • Open Q&A session with the Board

This is your chance to:

  • Stay informed about the association’s initiatives and financial health

  • Learn about upcoming projects and programs

  • Have your voice heard during the nomination and voting process

Voting:

Eligible members will be able to vote on key motions and board nominations. Details on voting eligibility and process will be shared during the meeting.
